Additional characters are 50% of the base price of the first per character.

List jumps are available for a 35% charge of your total commission cost

By entering into a commission agreement with me, you are assuming responsibility for having read, understood, and accepted my ToS and I reserve the right to refuse any work or contact from anyone who violates my ToS.

Prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, and size of each individual piece. Please view my Commission Prices page to clarify.

All invoices are done through Stripe, Invoices are sent after a preliminary sketch is approved by the client. Once the invoice has been paid in full, the piece will then be completed.

This does not ensure that your piece will be completed immediately following payment. Please be aware that if there is a delay, I will move onto the next piece if it is already paid and ready to be continued. This process will repeat until your commission is paid.

Invoices will be dated for 30 days when sent, if unpaid by the 30 days mark, it will be voided. If a commissioner does not contact me within the following 30 days from void, the commission request will be discarded.

In the event that you no longer want the commission, payments are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel, the piece will then be offered up at a discounted rate to other clients.

Commissions will take place in stages. These are sketches, lineart, flat color, and full color. Sketches may take place before payment and are a free service, but remain my intellectual property and that does not mean that either of us have entered into any contract. If at any point the client is dissatisfied with their sketch, they are given one re-sketch for free. Any beyond that will incur additional charges per sketch.

Clients will have the opportunity to ask for edits of their commission in the sketch stage. Further revisions can be requested in later stages but are not included in the initial commission cost. Depending on the complexity of changes will vary the cost adjustments. Payment should be made then in order to proceed forward, which will be discussed with the client.

I reserve the right to reject critique if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or constant changing demands after a way ahead has been agreed.

I will ensure my clients will receive email updates or Discord DM's on commissions when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it’s necessary for updates, assurance or reminders. I may post public updates of the commission on social media unless the client specifically request otherwise.

Clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided in the form when filled out. If any information is left blank and it is crucial to the design of the requested commission, the request will be canceled and not added to my list. If it is something simple, such as clothing design, positions, expressions; I, as the artist, will take artistic liberties to ensure the quality of the piece.

I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal unless otherwise specified at the time of request. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the artist may delay posting at the request of the client.

I retain ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise.

The client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image.

The client cannot alter the artwork itself. The client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be any un-watermarked version of the artwork.

The time frames for completion of commissions vary and I will alert the client of any problems should the time of completion become unreasonable.

Should the Client require a specific deadline that is "rush ordered", additional charges will apply to prioritize the work and complete it on time.

Clients cannot place more than two slots during a one month period for commissions. If more than two are requested in the same month, the next two will not be accepted as a commission until the following month. This process will repeat in order to keep a fair and moving line-up for other clients.
